Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Shipping Time
After your order has been processed, please allow approximately 10–15 business days for delivery. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier delays, holidays, or circumstances outside our control.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Incorrect Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. SKINLYVE is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Delayed or Lost Orders
If your order is delayed, please contact us so we can assist you. Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier.
